In case you are wondering why my kids have sticks in there clothes, they are pretending to be Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and apparently those are their weapons. Turtle Power!!

From The Mouths Of Babes
One day in primary the teacher asked the kids what we do in the Temple. Brody anxiously raised his hand and answered, "That's where we get our teeth cleaned." (Jared went to Temple University for dental School..get it?)
One day I was on the couch reading a letter out loud and Corbin walked up to me and asked," Mom why are you talking to that piece of paper?"
I told Corbin it was his naptime and he said to me, "mom, I am a real man and real mans don't take naps." Ohhh boy!!

Corbin says to me "Mom I know what I want to be when I grow up. I want to work at McDonalds!" Dream big Corbin :)

I am always telling Brinley to take "little bites" while she is eating. She is sitting on my lap while I am looking at our blog and she sees the picture of me eating my HUGE sandwich and she says " mommy, little bites." I about died laughing.

Jared was playing with Brinley and he let out a big toot. Brinley sits up and says "Oh dad, do you need a wiper change?"

Growing Girl:
Since we live so far away from family they cannot see all of Brinley's little firsts. I will list them here so others will know what she is doing.
2 months old:
smiling
3 months old:
laughing
holding her head up
getting a little ticklish
sleeping through the night :)
sucking her thumb :(
4 months old:
lifts head when on tummy
laughs a little more
smiles all the time
5 months old:
eats rice cereal
loves to play with toys
rolls from back to either side
still sucks thumb:(
makes alot of cute noises
6 months old:
eaiting fruits and veggi's
sits up a little
7 months old:
sits up really good
smiles all the time
loves playing with tags!
has everyone here wrapped
around her finger
8 months old:
same
9 months old:
can go from tummy to sitting
loves playing with the boys toys
waves
10 months:
crawling ( she scooted for about 2 days then went right to crawling )
1st tooth ( finally )
stands up to furniture
laughs a lot more
loves playing with her brothers
gives big tongue smack kisses
11 months:
walks along furniture
2nd tooth
first word...CAR
